The purpose of collecting the data is to fulfill and process your requests submitted to LCGPA's services. Second: Storing, Transferring and Destroying data
Your data is stored on LCGPA's servers within Saudi Arabia, and LCGPA is keen to ensure that these servers are protected from leakage, misuse, or unauthorized access, in accordance with instructions issued by the National Cybersecurity Authority and the competent authorities. The data will be kept after the collection purpose has ended. Everything that leads to identifying the data owner will be removed. Except in the cases stipulated in the Kingdom's laws, regulations, policies and decisions.
LCGPA also follows regulations and instructions related to the destruction and disposal of personal data when the purpose for collecting it no longer exists. It also archives it according to the duration of its preservation in a safe manner that prevents misuse or unauthorized access to it.
LCGPA confirms that the data provided by you will not be transferred in any way to any third party, for any purpose, without obtaining your prior consent, unless it's done as part of collective data used for LCGPA's own purposes, or if LCGPA complies with any system. Or a government entity's decision or request.
Third: The rights of personal data subjects according to the personal data
protection system
- The right to know: The personal data owner has the right to know the legal justification for collecting their personal data, the purpose of collecting it, the entity or entities to which the personal data will be disclosed and its description, whether the personal data will be transferred, disclosed, or processed outside the Kingdom, and the potential effects and risks that result from not completing the collection procedure.
- The right to access personal data: The personal data owner has the right to access their personal data and request a copy of it in a legible and clear format.
- The right to request correction of personal data: The personal data owner has the right to request correction of his personal data that they deem inaccurate, incorrect, or incomplete. It will be reviewed and updated, and the personal data owner will be notified of this operation. LCGPA has the right to request documents and other materials supporting a correction request. Whenever it is necessary to correct, update, or complete the data. These documents will be dealt with according to the relevant legal provisions.
- The right to request the destruction of personal data: The owner of personal data has the right to request the destruction of his personal data if the need for it no longer exists, if this does not affect LCGPA's operations or the purpose of its collection in accordance with the relevant controls, procedures and policies.
- The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data: The personal data owner has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of his personal data in all circumstances and at any time via the Email mentioned at the end of this policy, unless there are legitimate purposes that require the opposite, or in the cases stipulated in the personal data protection system and its executive regulations, and related regulations and instructions.

LCGPA is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all personal data it obtains while communicating with it, and this data will not be disclosed unless required by the relevant laws, regulations, decisions, instructions, or based on a government request, or when LCGPA believes in good faith that it is required under the relevant laws, regulations, decisions, or instructions, or to protect the property rights of this site, or the parties benefiting from it.
LCGPA may also share your personal data - at any time and without prejudice to the relevant regulations and instructions - with the following entities:
- Authorities, government regulatory authorities, and control organizations to enforce regulations and orders, in connection with investigations or legal procedures, if the laws or regulations require that; this be applied, and we also notify you before responding to those inquiries, unless the circumstances prevent us from doing so.

Sixth: The user’s responsibility to protect privacy
In order to protect your personal data, we recommend the following:
- Contact the technical LCGPA's website support immediately, when you believe that someone was able to gain access to your account or your personal data on the website.

LCGPA reserves the right to

LCGPA’s website, and your continued use of our website after those amendments
is considered acceptance of these changes, so you should review the privacy
policy periodically to ensure you know the latest version.

- The applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia apply to disputes that may arise because of this site. The competent judicial authority in Riyadh has jurisdiction to consider and decide on these disputes.
