Industry Localization and Knowledge Transfer Opportunity for Orthopedic Implants - Trauma
As par of LCPGA's mandate to develop the local content, localization of promising industries, and improving local capabilities and supply chains at the national economy level, the Authority is pleased to announce the opportunity to localize the Orthoprdic Implants - Trauma by committing to inclusion in the mandatory list in exchange for localization.
Orthopedic Implants - Trauma:
Orthopedic trauma implants are medical devices used to stabilize and support broken bones, injuries, and aiding proper healing that includes screws and plates that come in different designs, shapes and sizes to suit the patient's needs. They are usually made of durable and biocompatible materials that help speed up recovery and restore movement.
Project Objectives:
- Maintain the supply chain for the targeted products within the Kingdom.
- Establishing new industries and sectors in the Kingdom.
- Develop the local content in the healthcare sector.
